George Edward Keehan

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of PFC George Edward Keehan has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in his military honors funeral.
 
George passed away on October 10th 2018. He attended local schools until high school when he had to quit to take on the responsibility of supporting his grandmother and family. He joined the army active service August, 1944.  He served in the European theater of operations with the 42nd Division as a Rifleman in combat and then after combat he became a military policeman enforcing military laws and regulations, controlling traffic and motor patrol of occupied Austria. He was honorably discharged July 9th 1946.

The Patriot Guard Riders will be there to render honor dignity and respect for the life and service of PFC George Edward Keenan US Army World War II.

Special Instructions:

We will be standing flag line for about two hours, taking breaks. There is a funeral at Saratoga National Cemetery at 11:00 and I would hope you would go to this one after. After the service at the funeral home we will escort to Greenridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave Saratoga Springs.

Flags will not be provided.
Large Bike Flags will be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
