ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in honor of the U.S. Army service of Rick J. Wolf, formerly of Dansville, who passed away on January 18, 2018. Subsequent to high school, Rick served his country in the United States Army. His active duty began October 11, 1978 until his honorable discharge April 18, 1987. During his active duty he attained the rank of Sergeant Specialist 5 with the 228 Signal Company, 102 D Signal Battalion. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Service Overseas Ribbon and the Marksman Medal. After his active duty he volunteered for Desert Storm as a civilian and worked in communications.

Flag line for arrival of family and friends.
Memorial Service at 10:00 AM, followed by dignified transfer and escort to Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville for interment with military honors.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American flag or US Army flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large flags are properly placed and securely attached.
PGRNY Region 1 is very busy on Saturday. Please do whatever you're able to help honor the military service of Rick Wolf, and to support his loving family.
