ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of the Vietnam War Service of Richard L. Pragle of Livonia, who passed away on February 20th at the age of 70. Mr. Pragle served with the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1967-1969, including 12 months in the Pacific and Vietnam, where he was attached to the 98th Maintenance Company. Mr Pragle was Honorably Discharged on 27 May 1969 with the rank of Specialist-5 (E-5) and earned the following awards: Army Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal; Vietnam Campaign Medal; M-14 Rifle Sharpshooter Badge.
