Honor Mission

SFC Hughton O. Brown, Active Duty

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of SFC Hughton O. Brown has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. SFC Brown 43, was on his second deployment when he died on November 14, 2017 of a non-combat related incident.

SFC Brown, of Brooklyn, NY was assigned to the 306th Engineer Company, 411th Engineer Brigade, Farmingdale, New York and was deployed in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. SFC Brown joined the Army in August 1997 and deployed to Iraq in November 2011 and Kuwait in August of this year. His awards include an Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, and the Combat Action Badge.

The Patriot Guard Riders are honored to have the opportunity to stand for and demonstrate dignity, honor and respect for the life and service of SFC Hughton O. Brown, United States Army.

Our veterans are in need!

The Rochester Area Warehouse can always use your gently used furniture.  The ROC Warehouse schedules pickups every second Saturday of each month.  If you have items that meet the criteria, are located in the Rochester area, and would like us to pickup those items, please go to the Donate Items section and either call us at 585-866-1747 or fill out the Furniture Donation Request Pick-up Request Form.  You are welcome to bring your donations to the ROC Warehouse by appointment only. Call to schedule your appointment for dropping off your donations today!  Your donations are GREATLY appreciated and tax deductible.
