Special Instructions:

It's that time of year again and American Airlines JFK would like the Patriot Guard Riders to once again participate in our Snowball Express departure celebration at JFK. This years flight is December 9th, departing at 7:55 am. The families will be staying at the JFK Hilton as in the past. The bus will depart the Hilton Hotel to bring the families to JFK at 5:45am. You will have PAPD and FDNY escort. Parking will be available at the terminal on the outer roadway upstairs departure level. Cages are asked to come straight to JFK and be here by 5:30AM to get their gate passes and set up the flag line. Motorcycle escort of the bus with our Gold Star Families onboard to JFK should get you here by 6:00AM. Once you escort to upper level inner roadway you are asked to park the bikes on the center median.

As in the past I need members who know they are attending to email me their name and date of birth as it appears on the photo ID they will be presenting to get through security. Please send to John.Fenech@aa.com

This needs to be done by noon Dec 8th. Please advise everyone they will be going through TSA security as if they are traveling on a plane so plan accordingly. Please provide flags. Thank you again for your support.

Our veterans are in need!

The Rochester Area Warehouse can always use your gently used furniture.  The ROC Warehouse schedules pickups every second Saturday of each month.  If you have items that meet the criteria, are located in the Rochester area, and would like us to pickup those items, please go to the Donate Items section and either call us at 585-866-1747 or fill out the Furniture Donation Request Pick-up Request Form.  You are welcome to bring your donations to the ROC Warehouse by appointment only.
