We have been requested to stand in Honor of the US Air Force Service of Lt. Col. Richard W. Rugg of Holland, NY who passed away on September 14th. We have limited Military Service information at this time, other than he served during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.

Primary Staging Time: 9:00 A.M.

Flag Line for family & friends.
Funeral Service at 10:00 AM.
Followed by Dignified Escort to White Chapel Memorial Park, 3210 Niagara Falls Blvd., Buffalo, NY 14228.

Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Air Force flag, dress for the weather, and bring a beverage for hydration.
Please ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached.
