ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Mr. William Joseph Crowley has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Crowley, 73, passed on Thursday, August 30, 2018.

Raised in North Albany, Bill served in the United States Coast Guard from 8 January, 1964, until his honorary discharge on 5 January, 1968. For his service, he was awarded the USCG Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and was discharged at the rank of Seaman (E-3).

He was later employed by Niagara Mohawk for 32 years, retiring as Chief Cable Splicer. He was a member of the American Legion Post 1610 for 52 years and proudly served as a member of their color guard.

Staging at the funeral home with flag line for the arrival of family and guests. A short service is scheduled for 08:30, followed by PGR escort and a 09:30 Mass of Christian Burial:

Interment at St. Agnes Cemetery will follow.
