The family of Henry Paul Gadomski has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Henry, 90, passed on Saturday, May 26, 2018.

Henry grew up on Third Street in Albany’s Arbor Hill neighborhood during the Great Depression and World War II. He was the 15th of 17 brothers and sisters.  He attended St. Casimir’s Grade School and then Albany High School, graduating in 1947. In 1948, Henry enlisted in the US Navy. He served as a machinist mate on board the USS Yosemite (AD-19), a destroyer tender, stationed out of Newport, Rhode Island. He was honorably discharged as a Seaman Recruit.  After his service in the Navy was up, he returned home to Albany in 1950, and began working for Niagara Mohawk.

Staging at the funeral home with flag line for arrival of family and guests. Following a brief service, members will escort to church for 12:00 Noon service:

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
