ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in Honor of another Vietnam War Hero. Gregory M. Clemons of Buffalo passed away on April 24, 2018. Mr. Clemons served 3 years Active Duty in the U.S. Army from 1966-1969. His MOS was 71H2P - Personnel Specialist, and he did 2 tours in Vietnam for a total of 18 months with both the 82nd Airborne and 101st Airborne. Mr. Clemons was Honorably Discharged on 21 March 1969 with the rank of Specialist-5 (E-5), and earned the following awards: Purple Heart Medal; Combat Infantryman Badge; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal w/Oak Leaf Cluster; Vietnam Campaign Medal; Army Parachute Badge.

Mr. Clemons was also well-known in the Buffalo area as an Agent Orange Soldier's Advocate at the Buffalo VA.

Dignified Escort to Saints Peter & Paul Church, Hamburg for Mass of Christian Burial, including Military Honors at 10:00 AM.
There is no Cemetery but we MAY be requested to provide an escort to the crematorium.
Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Army flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large flags are securely attached.
Please do whatever you're able to help Honor the US Army Vietnam War Service of Gregory Clemons and to support his loving family.

Flags Will NOT Be Provided, Please Bring Your Own.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
