Edward Greenauer, Veteran

The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in Honor of the WWII Service of Edward Greenauer of Orchard Park, who passed away on April 10, 2018. Mr Greenauer served in the US Army from 1945-1946, and was attached to the 9222nd Technical Service Unit of the Transportation Corps in Brooklyn. His MOS was 055-Commissary Clerk, and he was involved in 8 trips to the European Theater of Operations. Mr. Greenauer was Honorably Discharged on 30 December 1946 with the rank of Corporal, and earned the following: American Campaign Medal; European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal; WWII Victory Medal.

Flag Line for arrival of family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial at 10:15 AM.
Followed by Dignified Escort to Holy Cross Cemetery, Lackawanna, for Interment with Military Honors.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American Flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large flags are securely attached.
