Douglas Shannon, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Mr. Douglas Shannon has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Shannon joined the Navy and during basic training had numerous serious bouts with pneumonia. The Navy kept him in until he reached the required time to be a veteran and then gave him an honorable discharge.  He had always wished he could have done more for his country.
