ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Mr. Frank Thomas Kalista Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Kalista served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era, from 1961 to 1965. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Airman 3rd Class.

The Patriot Guard Riders are proud to have the opportunity to stand for and render dignity, honor and respect for the life and service of Mr. Frank Thomas Kalista Jr.

Special Instructions:

Visitation by family at 9:30 will include 30 to 45 minute services. Members will stand a flag line during service times.

Following services, at approximately 10:15 AM, members will provide escort to Calverton National Cemetery for interment with military honors.

Flags Will NOT Be Provided, Please Bring Your Own.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
