Honor Mission

MSG Christopher J. Raguso, KIA
ANG Fire - WoT
MULTI-CITY, New York - 27 Mar 2018

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of MSG Christopher Joseph Raguso has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Christopher, 39, was killed while on active duty on March 15, 2018 when his HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter, went down in the Western Iraq city of Qaim.

MSG Raguso was on leave of absence from his position as a Lieutenant with the FDNY, Division 13 in Richmond Hill. Christopher was the consummate first-responder who dedicated his life to helping others. Whether leading a squad of firefighters into a burning building, chasing a hurricane in Texas or Puerto Rico, or flying fearlessly into harm’s way to rescue a wounded soldier, sailor, airman or marine, service to his community and his country were the unshakable building blocks during his 20-year professional career.

Portions of the above narrative are contained in MSG Raguso's obituary, available for viewing online at the Clayton Funeral Home website: http://www.claytonkingspark.com/book...r/obituary.php

The Patriot Guard Riders are proud to have the opportunity to stand for and render dignity, honor and respect for the life and service of MSG Christopher Joseph Raguso, a true American hero.
