We have been requested to stand in Honor of U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War Veteran Andrew "Abe" B. Syposs, who passed away on February 17th at the age of 70. 

Mr. Syposs served Active Duty from 1968-1969, including 11 months in Vietnam. With an MOS of 0311-Rifleman, he served with the 1st Marine Division, and was Wounded in Action. Mr. Syposs was Honorably Discharged 0n 9 September 1969 with the rank of Lance Corporal (E-3), and was awarded the following: Purple Heart Medal; Combat Action Ribbon; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal w/1 Campaign Star; Vietnam Campaign Medal; RVN Cross of Gallantry w/Palm & Frame.

Flag Line for arrival of family and friends. Funeral Service at 10:00 AM, followed by Dignified Escort to Forest Lawn Cemetery for Burial with Military Honors.

Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or USMC flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large flags are properly placed and securely attached.
