ABOUT THE MISSION:

World War II Veteran, Norman Friedman, served in the 18th Battalion 5th Regiment of the US Army in the German Campaign from May 1943 through September 1944.
He earned the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon, one Bronze Star, Silver Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and a Good Conduct Medal.

Mr Friedman was a friend of Wayne Cohen's family.
