Honor Mission

Larry John Berg, Veteran
USA - Vietnam

Bath, New York - 22 Nov 2017


An American Hero has passed on at the age of 72. The family has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in the funeral service of their loved one, Larry J. Berg.
Larry Berg answered the call and honorably served our Country as a Specialist 5, D Company 1st Btn, 6th Armor, US Army Vietnam and served from 22 March 1967 until he returned home on 9 March 1969.
Larry was the recipient of an Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal.
He was a respected Supervisor at the Bath VA Medical Center until his retirement in 2000.
Larry was a life member of the Bath VFW and Hammondsport American Legion Posts.
The Patriot Guard Riders will consider it an honor and privilege to stand the Flag Line for this Vietnam hero.
Rest in Peace Soldier-Duty Done.

Our veterans are in need!

The Rochester Area Warehouse can always use your gently used furniture.  The ROC Warehouse schedules pickups every second Saturday of each month.  If you have items that meet the criteria, are located in the Rochester area, and would like us to pickup those items, please go to the Donate Items section and either call us at 585-866-1747 or fill out the Furniture Donation Request Pick-up Request Form.  You are welcome to bring your donations to the ROC Warehouse by appointment only. Call to schedule your appointment for dropping off your donations today!  Your donations are GREATLY appreciated and tax deductible.
