Honor Mission

James R. & James M. Lindsley
USAF Veterans

West Falls, Town of Aurora, New York - 07 Oct 2017


ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of two (2) Military Veterans. Mrs. Cecilia Ann Lindsley passed away on October 1st. She is the wife of Air Force Veteran James R. Lindsley, who passed away in 2008. And she is the mother of Air Force Veteran James M. Lindsley, who passed away in 2013. All three will be buried together. Husband James R. served 4-1/2 years, including 12 months in Korea, and was Honorably Discharged in 1956 with the rank of Staff Sergeant. Son James M. served 5 years, including 2 years of duty overseas, and was Honorably Discharged in 1992 with the rank of Sergeant. Both of these Veterans were awarded Air Force Good Conduct Medals, among other awards.

This is a Graveside Service only. We will provide a Flag Line for arrival of the contingent from the church, and during the Burial Service.

Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or U.S. Air Force flag, dress for the weather, and bring a beverage for hydration.

We have multiple Missions in Region-1 on Saturday. Please do whatever you're able to help provide a good PGR presence for this short Mission in Honor of father & son Air Force Veterans.
