Honor Mission

Col. Earl E. Kramer, Retired, Veteran
USA USAR - WWII, Korea, Vietnam

ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of the 39-year U.S. Army and Army Reserve career of Earl E. Kramer, who passed away on September 30th. Mr Kramer entered the Army in 1943, and soon ended up in the European Theater of Operations. Assigned to the 2nd Armored Division as a Machine Gunner, he landed in Normandy on D-Day+9. He served in a light tank during the Battle of the Bulge, and went on to serve in several campaigns across France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. He was wounded in April 1945 while on a recon mission in Germany. At the end of the war, Mr. Kramer was Honorably Discharged with the rank of First Sergeant. In 1949 he was given a direct commission as a 2nd Lt. In the Army Armor branch, and went on to serve 35 years in the Army Reserves, retiring as a Colonel.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30.
Followed by Escort to Mt. Oliver Cemetery, 4000 Elmwood Ave., Kenmore.
Burial with Full Military Honors.
Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Army flag, dress for the weather, and bring a beverage for hydration.
Please ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached.
We have a busy day on Saturday with multiple Missions. Please do whatever you're able to help Honor the Exceptional Army Service of Mr. Kramer and to support his very proud and loving family.
