ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of the WWII Naval Service of Richard W. Hass, who passed away on September 9th. Pastor Hass served 2 years in the U.S. Navy, including at Sea aboard the USS Monitor (LSV-5), an Osage-class Vehicle Landing Ship. Pastor Hass was Honorably Discharged on 24 July 1946 with a rating of Coxswain (Petty Officer 3rd Class). For his Service to our Nation, Coxswain Hass was awarded: American Campaign Medal; European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal; WWII Victory Medal.

Burial with Military Honors.
Escort distance is approx. 20 miles.
Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Navy flag, dress for the weather, and bring a beverage for hydration.
Please ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached for the 20-mile escort at highway speeds.
Note: Pastor Hass is the Uncle of a PGRNY member.
