Memorial Mission

9/11 Memorial Event

Williamsville, New York - 11 Sep 2017

ABOUT THE MISSION:

Charles Williams, President of the Red Knights Chapter 47, has once again extended an invitation to the PGR to respectfully participate in this Commemoration, as we have for the past 5 years.

It is expected that this year's event will be even larger than last year's, with multiple Military, Veteran, Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement agencies, Honor Guards, and other groups. Wide news coverage is expected.

As before, we will be given the Honor of providing a Flag Line around the monument and along the sidewalk as the Red Knights arrive with the wreath, and during the Ceremony.

Ride Captain:

Special Instructions:

Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American Flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached.

The bikes may report directly to the Ride Captain at the Park, cages should park in the large Insurance Co. parking lot on the north side of Russell Salvatores.

From Chapter 47 Pres. Charles Williams: "Once the event is over, we would be honored to shake hands and meet all who came. Please join us at the Hilltop Inn and Grove at 11389 Genesee Street. The Inn is about a ¼ mile west of Millgrove VFD. The owners, and honorary members of our chapter, James and Melissa have been huge supporters of our club and the motorcycling community in general and have opened their doors for us once again. We are here to honor our country and be sure that the sacrifices made by everyone on that day, and every day since are never forgotten. This event is free and open to anyone whether they ride or would just like to attend the ceremony so feel free to pass the word to your friends and family."
