ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of William H. Pratt of Otto, NY who passed away on June 28th at the age of 82. Mr. Pratt served in the U.S. Army during the Cold War era. He served for decades as a volunteer 1st Responder, including: 57 years with the Otto Fire Company, including 20 years as Chief; Past President of the Cattaraugus County Fireman's Association and Southwestern Association of Vol. Firemen; Past Chairman, Catt. Co. Fire Advisory Board; Member, Catt. Co. Fire Chiefs & Fire Police Associations.
