Honor Mission

David F. Abendschein, Veteran
Hamburg, New York -24 Feb 2017

We have been requested to stand in Honor of US Marine Corps Veteran David F. Abendschein of Eden, NY who passed away on February 19th. Mr. Abendschein served 3-1/2 years active duty from 1957-1960. His MOS was 2161 - Repair Shop Machinist. He served with units at 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NC and 1st Marine Air Wing, Air Fleet Marine Force Pacific in California. Mr. Abendschein was Honorably Discharged from Active Duty on 10 August, 1960 with the rank of Corporal (E-4) and earned the USMC Good Conduct Medal.

Dress for the weather, bring your own beverage, and ensure your big bike flags are properly placed and securely attached.
