Friday 8/3
Staging National Guard area
42 Patriot Way, Rochester, NY 14624.
Staging time will be 0815 on Friday, 8/3/12.

The Hero will then be escorted to the Miller Funeral Home at 3325 Winton Rd S, Rochester, NY 14623.

Calling hours will be from 1500 to 2000 hours(3-8) at the Milller Funeral home on Friday only.

Saturday 8/4
The funeral service will be at 1300 on Saturday, August 4th.
Staging will be at 12 Noon at the Miller Funeral Home, 3325 Winton Rd S, Rochester
We will escort the hero to the U of R Chapel, 500 Joseph Wilson Blvd, Rochester, NY at about 1230.

At the conclusion of the service, we will escort the hero to a private burial place as chosen by the family.

Westbound between Exit 39 (Syr. West) and Exit 40 (Weedsport)
KSU:  10:15 am

We have been invited by the family of PFC Theodore M. Glende to stand.  Details will be forthcoming.  At this time we expect Friday 8/3 and Saturday 8/4.  Check back for further information.

DOD Identifies Army Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.

Pfc. Theodore M. Glende, 23, of Rochester, N.Y., died July 27, in Kharwar, Logar province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with small-arms fire.

Glende was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, Vicenza, Italy.

I will be leaving from Irondequoit, NY  those who would like to ride in with me please meet at Tim Horton's, Goodman St and East Ridge Rd at 7:25 am  Kickstands up at 7:30 sharp.

I have arranged to meet some riders at exit 17 off Rt 390 behind the the Sunoco Station on SCOTTSVILLE Rd. not Brooks ave!!  Please Stage there for 8:00 am, Kick stands up at 8:10 sharp for Tim Yetter's 8:15 am Staging at 42 Patriot Way.
