Hi Jim and Alice,
I just wanted to send you both a quick note to thank you and the whole pgr for your time and efforts to help me and my family honor my grandfather on his passing.
It is never easy saying goodbye to someone you love and who meant so much to so many, but having people like you willing to take time out of your busy lives to honor someone you've never met, helps us remember that his life and his sacrifices meant something not only to us, his family and friends, but to the entire country.
Thank you for all you do. Please know how much I truly appreciate you and the PGR.
